Welcome to Murphy Home Buyers! We are a cash home buyer.
Thanks for taking the time to check out our website. We are local San Antonio residents that focus on buying properties off-market (with no commissions) for cash. We are not “flippers” or “investors” looking to pay pennies on the dollar. We are local Texans with families and we focus on buying rental properties. This allows us to make fair market value offers based on comparable sales and needed repairs.

Meet Our Team
Aaron - Owner Aaron originally moved here 7 years ago and has called San Antonio home ever since. Aaron moved here for what he thought would be a stepping stone in his career and fell in love with the city and the people here so much that he’ll likely never leave.
He is a licensed real estate agent (lic#714044) and really enjoys the diversity and character of houses in the different neighborhoods throughout San Antonio. His weekends are regularly spent working around the house (or a friend's house) on renovation projects. When he's not working, he’s likely house watching whatever sporting event is on that night, Go Spurs Go!
Chris - Acquisitions Manager Chris is originally from Buffalo, NY but permanently traded the piles of snow for the Texas heat after meeting his wife Emily in Texas. He is a people person, loves to meet new people, and is the type of person after spending a few minutes talking to him you will feel like you’ve known him for years.
Chris and his wife Emily live in the heart of the of San Antonio and are in the process of restoring the home they bought about year ago. If you can get Chris to stop working on his house, you’ll find him enjoying the trails downtown, exploring new restaurants, or simply befriending the neighborhood cats wandering up to his door.
Who is Murphy? Murphy is my pup pictured to the left. He unfortunately passed away last summer suddenly due to illness. However he was one of the most loving and loyal dogs I’ve ever met. My hope is that the service provided by Murphy Home Buyers will be representative of loyalty, trust, and joy that Murphy displayed daily.
